The Resident Assistant (RA) for the Gamma Chapter at Syracuse University will develop a sense of community among residents of the chapter house. The RA serves as a positive role model to residents. The RA enforces rules and policies of the National Development Corporation and the Gamma Chapter. The RA acts as a liaison between residents and the National Development Corporation.

Membership Manager

 Responsible for the collegiate chapters and colonies that fall within the size parameters for medium market as assigned by chapter management or Executive Director.  Works with the volunteer structure, develops, organizes and implements work plans to ensure that each chapter is provided with the support and service required to achieve success.  Maintains frequent communication with officers and sorority volunteers. Ultimately responsible for member relations in the medium market. Works on special projects with volunteer teams as directed by the Executive Director.

Collegiate Development Consultant

In this role you will serve as the lead facilitator of our colony/new chapter development program and create the best possible experience for our newest collegiate sisters! On-site positions are available across North America. Details on locations available upon request. We are hiring for the fall 2017 consultant program, however, positions may be available for the spring 2017 semester. Interested applicants should be prepared to submit a resume, cover letter, and 3 reference/recommendation letters.

*Positions for the spring 2017 academic semester (immediate start) are still available.
