Coordinator of Talent Management
Responsible for the overall growth and health of the alumnae programming and staff development. Working with the volunteer structure, develops, organizes and implements strategies to stimulate growth of the alumnae and volunteer services. Maintains data on alumnae and volunteers. Assists recognized and chartered alumnae associations with operations. Develops, implements, and oversees specifics related to the employee lifecycle including recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training. Coordinator of Collegiate Services – Operations and Leadership
Responsible for contributing to the Collegiate Services department’s goal to create a healthy, educational, and impactful experience for collegiate members of Delta Phi Epsilon’s 109 collegiate chapters across North America. As a member of the Collegiate Services team, the Coordinator of Collegiate Services – Operations & Leadership plays a critical role in ensuring Delta Phi Epsilon achieves its strategic objectives. This individual will manage the International Leadership Consultant (ILC) program, including supervising remote consultant-level staff, overseeing the annual application and hiring process, working with the Director of Collegiate Services to implement training and development initiatives, developing the visit schedule, communicating with collegiate chapters about visits, and assisting with program assessment efforts. Through this, the Coordinator of Collegiate Services – Operations & Leadership will help to enhance collegiate member and chapter support efforts as a critical piece of the Collegiate Services team.

Executive Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking an experienced executive assistant to provide administrative support to the International Executive Director in a fast paced environment. BA/BS or 10 years of experience required.
Enhances executive staff effectiveness by providing information management support and representing the executive to others. Provides regular clerical and administrative support to the International Executive Director or other senior staff, as necessary. Prepares correspondence and reports, maintains schedule and calendar, answers telephones and maintains electronic and hard copy files. Travel is 10%.
