Employment Location: Delta Delta chapter at Indiana University, Bloomington IN or Zeta Iota chapter at University of Rhode Island, Providence RI

A successful house director will in the chapter home, coordinate the house operations and welfare of the chapter members who live there and will develop a sense of community among residents of the chapter house. The House Director enforces rules and policies of the National Development Corporation and the chapter. The House Director acts as a liaison between residents and the National Development Corporation and hires and manages any house staff.

Resident Assistant (Georgia Southern University)

Employment Location: Gamma Omicron chapter at Georgia Southern University, Statesboro GA

The Resident Assistant (RA) for the Gamma Omicron chapter at the Georgia Southern University will develop a sense of community among residents of the chapter house. The RA serves as a positive role model to residents. The RA enforces rules and policies of the National Development Corporation and the Gamma Omicron chapter. The RA acts as a liaison between residents and the National Development Corporation.

Coordinator of Development

Identifies, researches, cultivates and solicits planned gift prospects and donors. Prepares correspondence, proposals, and reports. Conducts face-to-face solicitations, involving alumnae and undergraduates, as appropriate. Generates income through campaigns targeting individuals and chapters/alum associations.

Coordinator of Communications and Events

Responsible for driving the development of our organization's brand newsroom across the various digital communications. The ideal candidate has strong news judgment, the ability to identify trends and stories that relate back to our organization, and can demonstrate experience using analytics to make data-driven decisions and apply them to drive engagement and growth. This position also plans and executes events across the enterprise, ensuring high-quality customer service and cohesive branding. For immediate hire.
