We invite you to explore the benefits of a lifetime of sisterhood in Delta Phi Epsilon. Our organization was formed as a society of women with strong moral character who focused on citizenship..."to act for the greater good." Nearly 100 years later, Delta Phi Epsilon continues in our Founders� guiding spirit and strive to create prepared women in today�s world.

Our world changes daily. Technology advances, business practices alter, and societal roles morph as we pass through each stage in life. The women of Delta Phi Epsilon enjoy the support of sisterhood as a constant guide mastering life's phases.

Members are encouraged to grow and engage through five vehicles of programming, all emphasizing acting for the greater good: sisterhood, self, social, service, and scholarship.

Our bonds extend beyond friendship to sisterhood. Collegiate and alumnae initiate membership are only the beginning of the sisterhood experience. We offer a lifelong network of support, encouragement, and inspiration to our sisters.

Our programming creates the opportunity and expectation that Delta Phi Epsilon women will strive to become their best self. Sisters gain tools to continually expand their horizons through personal enrichment programs, thereby positively affecting the world we live in.

Sorority life teaches women to build relationships at all levels. Women learn social grace and decorum, explore diversity, practice tolerance, and discover how behavior and relationships contribute to society.

Service to community is emphasized through endorsed philanthropies and local community involvement. Sisters learn the blessings of giving back and acting beyond themselves to practice citizenship.

The key to achieving all five facets of personal development is scholarship. Lifelong learning is emphasized to our members. Knowledge is the key to personal success and positively impacting the world around us.

Today�s sisters of Delta Phi Epsilon embody the ideals of our Founders...to be women of strong moral character who act for the greater good. We welcome all women to join in the blessings of sisterhood and positively affect the world around them.
