Does Your Chapter have a Vision?

National Housing CorporationHundreds of sorority sisters have a vision...a vision of sisterhood and a home for that sisterhood. Each year, several Delta Phi Epsilon chapters are presented with the opportunity to create such a place, whether it be constructing a new residence, gaining a new chapter room or refurbishing current property. All too often, the chapter is not financially prepared when the vision becomes a necessity. Now, there is an organization in place to make sure your chapter is ready. The National Development Corporation (NDC) can help your chapter help itself to focus on its vision and turn it into reality.

What is the National Development Corporation?

The Delta Phi Epsilon National Development Corporation is a legal entity that collectively owns and operates all sorority structures. And, in doing so, creates and maintains the housing standards of Delta Phi Epsilon sorority. The ultimate goal of the NDC is to ensure the integrity and uphold the competitiveness of the Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority properties, both present and future.
