What is Team Excellence?

At the 1998 International Convention, Delta Phi Epsilon's chapter delegates learned about the new organizational structure, entitled Team Excellence, for collegiate chapters that is based on a team-approach to leadership, participation, and involvement.

Team Excellence provides our members with additional life skills, minimizes the transition into the workforce, increases members' self-esteem and dignity, increases commitment and ownership of ideas, reduces member burnout, and offers an environment reflecting today's boards.
